Prime Divide 35 Compound Bow by G5 Outdoors

The Prime Divide 35 Compound Bow by G5 Outdoors and Prime Archery is a 35-inch axle-to-axle hunting bow designed for archers who want increased stability and a longer shooting platform without moving into an oversized bow. The 2026 Divide 35 combines Prime's center-grip riser design with CORE Cam technology, Advanced Structures Technology, XWeld construction, Swerve Technology, and integrated accessory mounting for a purpose-built hunting platform.

The Divide 35 is available in both 6-inch and 7-inch brace-height configurations. The 6-inch model provides an advertised IBO speed of up to 338 FPS, while the 7-inch configuration reaches up to 330 FPS. Both versions offer a 40–80 lb. draw-weight range, with draw-length ranges extending from 26.5 to 31.5 inches depending on configuration.

Prime designed the Divide platform around the idea of building a bow to fit different hunters, shooting styles, and applications. The 35-inch version is particularly well suited to bowhunters who prefer the steadier feel of a longer axle-to-axle bow while still wanting a lightweight hunting setup.

Technology & Construction

CORE Cam System: Prime's CORE Cam System is engineered for efficient performance, smooth draw feel, consistent nock travel, and tuning capability. Draw-length-specific mods allow the cam system to be configured for individual draw lengths.

Advanced Structures Technology: AST combines material selection, structural design, and manufacturing processes to produce a lightweight and rigid bow platform. Prime designed the system to improve structural efficiency while maintaining precision.

XWeld Bonding: XWeld technology creates carbon-to-aluminum structural connections within the bow. Prime states that each joint achieves 8,000 pounds of pull strength, substantially exceeding its stated required strength.

Center-Grip Riser: Prime's center-grip architecture positions the grip at the center of the bow and shifts additional mass below the grip. The design is intended to improve aiming stability and accuracy without requiring additional weight.

Swerve Technology: Prime's Swerve Technology is designed to reduce riser movement and promote shot-to-shot consistency.

Nano Grip: The Nano Grip uses Aerogel technology originally developed by NASA for thermal protection. Prime designed it to provide a warm-to-the-touch grip for improved comfort and consistency during cold-weather use.

Integrated Accessory System: Picatinny-style mounting options allow compatible sights, rests, and TriLite Kickstands to integrate directly with the bow. The Divide platform also supports Prime's SherpaLite Integrated Quiver.

Ideal Use

The Prime Divide 35 is ideal for whitetail hunting, treestand hunting, ground-blind hunting, elk hunting, mule deer hunting, 3D archery, target shooting, and other applications where stability is a priority. Its 35-inch axle-to-axle platform makes it especially appealing to archers who prefer a longer bow for a more stable aiming experience.

Setup & Usage

The Divide 35 should be properly fitted and tuned to the shooter's draw length and desired draw weight before shooting. Cam timing, draw-length adjustment, arrow selection, rest alignment, and sight positioning should all be checked as part of the setup process.

Prime's CORE Cam system uses draw-length-specific mods, and the manufacturer's specifications should be followed when selecting the appropriate configuration. The current Prime support section provides dedicated Divide 35/6 and Divide 35/7 specification sheets.

Always inspect the bow, limbs, cams, strings, cables, and mounting hardware before shooting. Never dry-fire the bow, and use arrows that are properly matched to the bow's draw weight and setup.

Warranty

Prime Archery offers its Free Strings for Life program on registered bows, providing free replacement strings every two years for the life of the bow, subject to the manufacturer's program terms and registration requirements.
