Built with tin‑plated bismuth pellets and a buffered payload, this load produces tight, consistent patterns and excellent downrange energy for clean kills.

Bismuth shot is denser and softer than steel, making it safe for many classic or older shotguns that may not be rated for steel shot while still delivering strong terminal performance on birds.

To improve reliability in wet hunting environments, Winchester designed this shell with a water‑resistant system that includes a lacquered primer and sealed wad, helping keep moisture out and powder burning consistently in harsh field conditions.
