Can I buy a DNW Gift card online?

No.  At this time, online gift cards are not available.  You may purchase gift cards in our store, however, these gift cards are not redeemable online.

Does DNW Outdoors do transfers on guns?

Yes DNW Outdoors will help you with a gun transfer from a gun purchased elsewhere. We charge $20 dollars and tax for this service.

How can I purchase firearms for your website?

You may purchase firearms from our website under SHOOTING in shopping area.  There are two ways to purchase in this section. 
Firearms - Online Only 
This will redirect you to another DNW Outdoors page where you may purchase guns from our vendors

Firearms In-stock
This will allow you to purchase directly from DNW Outdoors according to guns we currently have in stock.  Please see HOW TO ORDER FIREARMS before completing an order for our of our in stock guns.

How do I go about canceling my order?

If you plan to cancel your order, please call 870-938-0082.  Please call within 1 hour, as orders tend to ship right after we receive the order.

How long does it take for money to go back into my account after my return is accepted?

It usually takes between 5-7 business days for the money to return back to your account. Once it does, you will see a credit on your account statement.

How long does it take for my package to arrive to my house?

Through USPS, the package will take 3 to 7 business days. Some of our other options are 2-day through UPS will will ship on the day you order and should be to you within 2 business days.

How old do you have to buy ammunition?

In order to buy ammunition from DNW Outdoors, you have to be 18 or older.

If I need to return an item, what steps do I need to take in order to get my package back to you?

All returns are kept as easy as possible. Log into your customer account on dnwoutdoors.com and go to your “completed orders.” Click on the order that you would like to return and on the right hand side of the page, you will see a link that says “return items” and you will need to click on this link. Fill out all information on the page and you’re finished. If you do not have a customer account on our website or need help with this process, please call 870.938-0082.
