 Shipping Policies

FREE shipping on orders $99.00 and up*

  • *Free shipping may not apply to oversized items such as decoys, feeders, tree stands, and other large items.

  • All items offered as free shipping may be shipped according to the size of the package with a carrier selected by DNW Outdoors.
  • Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states. (No Free Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska)
  • Select items cannot be listed under free shipping due to size or weight.  This should be noted on the product page.

Priority Overnight and 2-Day Options

  • Priority Overnight and 2-Day applies to business days only.
    There is not a Free option for Express shipping and will be paid for by the customer at the time of checkout.

  • In order for your product to be shipped the day it is purchased an order must be received by 12:00 PM CST.

  • Weekends and holidays are not workdays do not count towards days in transit.

Tracking Information 

  • Your tracking number(s) will post to your account as soon as your package is labelled in the warehouse and received by the carrier.

  • Once your package has been picked and shipped from our location, you will receive an email notification with tracking information included. Your packages can be tracked after your package is scanned.

  • If you have any questions about your package, please call 870-938-0082

  • DNW Outdoors is not responsible for any shipping delays that may be caused by any inclement weather.

  • If upon delivery of your order if you package is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

  • Certain items may not be able to be shipped to APO / FPO addresses.

Damaged/Lost/Stolen Orders 

  • Purchasing Route Shipping Insurance at checkout is the best help in this case!  We highly recommend having this on your purchase!!!

  • Damaged:
    If your package/item is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible; there are time limits for claims to be made for damages.
    If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, we would file a claim for a replacement or refund depending on inventory availability.  These claims can take 2-3 days to process.
    If you did not purchase Route Shipping Insurance, we will have to file a claim with the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) which can take a few weeks to process.

  • Lost:
    If your package/item is lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible.  Carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) do not typically consider a package lost until after 7 days from the last scan.  Sometimes packages get by without a scan, or may not be scanned in a timely manner during peak shipping times.

  • If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, we will file a claim.  There will be a waiting period for the package to be declared lost.
    If your package has not been scanned in 7 days, we will file a claim with the carrier.

  • Stolen:
    DNW is not responsible for stolen packages.  Once we have passed the package to the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and it has been delivered, we have no control over it.  When you order, please make sure to have your order shipped to a secure location or that you can be around for delivery.
    If you purchase Route Shipping Insurance, they can help with this.  They may require a police report if it is an expensive item.  Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work with you and Route to get the issue resolved.

 

Ammo & Firearms Shipping Restrictions

  • AT THIS TIME, WE DO NOT SELL AMMO ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE.  ALL AMMO PURCHASES MUST BE MADE IN-STORE.
    WE DO FIREARM TRANSFERS (CONTACT GUN SALES AT 870.938.0080 FOR INFORMATION)
  • All ammunition is considered hazardous materials and will be shipped ground, contiguous 48 states only. A street address is required for delivery. No International shipping.

  • Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition.

  • Please check your local laws for restrictions on purchasing ammunition if you are a resident of LA, MN, PA, CA, CT, DE, IL, MA, NY, NJ, DC, KS, or OH.

 

Returns

If you are needing to return an item, please log into your DNW Outdoors Webstore customer account. From there, you will need to find your order in your account and request a return for that order by clicking the return link on the right side of your order page. If you do not have a customer account or if you need help with this process, please call 870.938-0082. 

Standard Return Policy

  • DNW Outdoors will accept returns on items within 20 days of the order ship date.

  • Customer paid shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on the part of DNW Outdoors.

  • Items must include all tags, and have original packaging.  No exceptions!
  • A restocking fee of up to 50% will be charged for items with damaged/missing packaging.

Items Below Are Not Subject to DNW’s Standard Return Policy

  • Optics:  Optics are subject to the manufacturer's implied warranties and return policies.

  • Electronics:  Electronics are subject to the manufacturer's implied warranties and return policies.
                       Unopened electronics may be returned to DNW Outdoors within the 20 day return period.

These Items CAN NOT be returned

  • -Ammunition

  • -Bows

  • -Clearance items

  • -Duck/Goose calls

  • -Firearms

  • -Knives

Returns on Clothing, Footwear, and Waders

  • Once worn outside these products cannot be returned, unless defective.

  • Tears, punctures, rips or other types of damage are not warrantable and no refund will be issued!

    • WADERS

      • All wader returns need to call customer service at 870-938-0082

      • All waders to be returned must be within the 1 year warranty period.

      • All waders will be TANK TESTED and if the leak is a tear, puncture, rip, or other types of damage caused by the customer, the waders will be returned with a $20 charge to the customer.

      • “Unused” waders must also include all packaging, tags and sales receipt.

      • Wader purchase is good for one year only.  If you purchase a pair of waders November 1st, and exchange those waders on February 1, they are still subject to the warranty time period from the November 1st purchase. 

ALL PRODUCTS MUST HAVE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ORDER COPY - NO EXCEPTIONS!
